Shoulder light, fingers down, trace a vein as far as it
will go.
Neck. Palm heels touch the throat but briefly
roll. Fingers entangled in hair. Dig in! Just
below the skull, dig in! Tensions raised into
the shoulders by your probing. Along the spinal
cord raised higher.
Pinch skin. Blood throbs in temples, once. twice.
Release.
Your hands trace down, along, and out.
Like a fountain tension follows, cascading through
arms and away.
